| 职责和要求：

POSITION SCOPE:
Ensures smooth delivery, inventory and issuing of items for the club’s operations. Responsible for the procurement of all products, equipment, supplies, furniture, and other purchases for the club with best quality at lowest price within delivery time lines. Develops purchase specifications; selects suppliers, establishes bidding and ordering procedures and helps develop effective source document flow through the club.
职责范围:
确保物品顺利接收、物品存货和分发，以便会所正常运作。负责采购性价比极高（低价优质）的物品，如会所设备、日用品、家具，以及其他需购置的物品。制定采购计划、挑选合适的供应商、建立订购程序以及协助会所建立完善的采购询价流程。
Qualification:
1.University educated with emphasis on accounting or materials control.
2.Preferably with 3 - 4 years working experience in hotel or club purchasing and posses strong negotiation capabilities.
3.Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin. Speaks fluent Cantonese.
4.Able to lead and train a team. Able to communicate effectively with and relate to people all levels.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Power Point, Excel, Word and E-mail.
资格/资历
1.本科会计或材料管理专业毕业。
2.3—4年酒店或会所采购工作经验优先，具有很强的谈判能力。
3.英语和普通话能力好，能说流利的广东话。
4.能够领导和培训团队，善于与不同阶层的人沟通。
5.精通办公软件操作，如Power Point, Excel, Word和发邮件。 |
